By using BioChemazone.in, you confirm you are 18+ years old, located in India, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Indian regulations including Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940.


2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
BioChemazone.in provides biochemical reagents, lab chemicals, research supplies FOR LABORATORY/RESEARCH USE ONLY – NOT for human consumption, medical diagnosis, or therapeutic use. Fully compliant with Indian chemical regulations.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
  • India-only orders accepted
  • Payment: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking
  • Prices in ₹ INR + 18% GST
  • Order confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS/Email

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • shipping is 200 per order
  • Delivery: 2-7 working days PAN India
  • Carriers: DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart
  • Customer pays applicable GST/customs duties
  • Remote areas: ₹100-200 extra shipping

 

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • 7-day return policy for unopened products
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • No returns: opened chemicals, temp-sensitive items
  • Refunds processed in 3-7 days to original payment
  • 5% processing fee applicable
